摘要
针对基于文档的卫星总体设计信息离散、关联性差、不易追溯等问题,将基于模型的系统工程(Model-based Systems Engineering,MBSE)方法引入卫星总体设计过程,运用MagicGrid系统建模框架,提出了基于模型的卫星总体设计方法与流程。文章从用户期望定义、卫星任务运行方案、系统功能划分与物理划分、性能参数的工程分析4个方面进行了论述,并以微重力科学实验卫星系统为例,采用系统建模语言(System Modeling Language,SysML)对卫星任务的需求、行为、结构、参数进行建模。结果表明:该方法利用系统模型,能够提高设计信息的一致性和可追溯性,可为MBSE方法在卫星总体设计中的应用提供参考。
Considering the fact that design information is discrete,difficult to correlate,and hard to trace using document based satellite integrative design, a method based on MBSE (model-based systems engineering) is introduced into satellite integrative design process. Based on the MagicGrid system modeling framework, a model based design method and process is proposed. Definition of stakeholder’s requirements,operation scheme of satellite mission,functional and physical division , engineering analysis of performance parametersis are analyzed, and exemplified by the microgravity science experimental satellite system. The requirements, structure,behavior and parameters of the satellite mission are modeled by SysML. It is conclude that MBSE can use the system model to improve the consistency and traceability of design information and provide reference for the application of MBSE method in the integrative system design of the satellite.
