光纤光栅测温技术在航天器中的应用研究 被引量:4

摘要 为减小航天器测温系统的质量和减少测温用线缆,提出了采用光纤光栅传感器测温的方案。该方案利用回波光谱区别不同的传感器,实现在一根光纤串接多个传感器进行测温。文章讨论了光纤选择、光谱分配等问题,并利用卫星天线测温应用实例验证了光纤光栅测温的效果。结果表明:光纤光栅测温技术在航天器中应用是可行、有效的,传感器的测温精度达到了0.01℃,与热敏电阻方案相比,能大幅减少测温线缆。该方案可为航天器测温系统线缆和质量优化提供设计参考。 In response to decrease wires and weight of spacecraft temperature measurement sys-tem, a scheme of temperature measurement based on fiber grating sensor is developed. The sensor uses echo spectrum to distinguish different sensors so several sensors can be connected with only one fiber. The fiber choice, spectrum distribution and other problems of space applica-tion are discussed. The scheme is applied in an example design. The results indicate that the scheme is feasible and effective, and the temperature measurement precision of fiber grating sen-sors can reach the accuracy of 0. 01°C. Compared with thermistors, fiber grating sensors can de-crease the wires obviously. The scheme provides a design reference for the spacecraft temperature measurement system cable and weight optimization.
