摘要
激活集群创新网络是提升集群竞争力的有效方法。基于过程视角阐释集群创新网络活跃度的概念与特征,通过对创新活动过程和创新能力扩散过程及二者耦合作用的分析,确定创新网络活跃度的影响因子,构建集群创新网络活跃度模型,并运用MATLAB进行仿真模拟。结果表明:平均路径长度与创新网络活跃度呈负相关,集聚系数和中心度与创新网络活跃度呈正相关;异质性创新能力的均匀分布和适度的吸收能力有助于激活集群创新网络活跃度;集群创新网络中节点之间的关系强度、转移意愿、溢出效应和共同理解越高,集群创新网络活跃度越高。
Activating the cluster innovation network is an effective way to promote the competitiveness of the cluster. This paper first interprets the concept and characteristics of the cluster innovation network activeness from a process perspective. Through the analysis of the innovation process,the diffusion process and the coupling effect,this paper determines the impact factors of innovation network activeness,constructs the cluster innovation network activeness model,and runs a MATLAB simulation. The results show that the path length has a negative influence on innovation network activeness,the aggregation coefficient and the centrality have a positive influence on innovation network activeness,well-distributed heterogeneous innovation ability and modest absorptive capability help to activate the cluster innovation network activenes. The stronger the relationship between the nodes in the cluster innovation network,the higher the transfer will,the higher spillover effect and the degree of common understanding,the higher the cluster innovation network activeness.
