河南省南阳市县域城镇化与基本公共服务时空格局及耦合关系

Spatio-temporal Distribution and Relationship between Urbanization and Basic Public Service in the Counties of Nanyang City,Henan Province

以河南省南阳市为例,运用熵值法、耦合协调度模型、脱钩模型等方法探讨1997—2015年县域城镇化与基本公共服务时空演进特征以及二者相互作用关系。结果表明:南阳市县域城镇化水平表现为"南高北低"的空间特征;基本公共服务高水平和中等水平类型由带状分布逐步演变为连片分布,继而演变为分散布局。总体来看,城镇化与基本公共服务空间不匹配,多错位发展。城镇化与基本公共服务耦合协调度值较低,二者耦合协调水平较差,总体以失调和勉强协调为主。从脱钩状态来看,主要以脱钩和负脱钩为主;从脱钩程度来看,方城、西峡、内乡、淅川等4个县(市)为扩张负脱钩,城镇化与基本公共服务水平均为正向增长;南召、镇平、桐柏属于城镇化水平下降、基本公共服务水平增长、脱钩系数小于0的强脱钩;而唐河、邓州则与南召相反,属于强负脱钩。11个县域中仅有社旗、新野的脱钩关系较好,属于增长连接。

Using the method of entropy,coupling and coordination degree model to analysis the relationship between urbanization and the basic public services on the level of county from 1997 to 2015 in Nanyang City of Henan Province. The results show that the counties＇ urbanization shows a spatial characteristics of＂north level higher than the south＂; for the basic public service,its high and middle level regions evolve from banded distribution to continuous massive distribution,finally evolve into a dispersed layout. Their coordination level is dominated by misalignment and imbalance. From the decoupling state,Nanyang is mainly decoupling and negative decoupling;Fangcheng,Xixia,Sheqi show a expensive negative decoupling,so the level of urbanization and basic public service is positive; Nanzhao and Tongbai＇s urbanization level is declining as well as the basic public service,and they show strong decoupling,while Tanghe and Dengzhou attribute to strong negative decoupling,only Sheqi and Xinye hold the better relationship and growth connection.
