糖尿病患者出院准备度现状及其影响因素分析

Readiness for hospital discharge and its influencing factors among diabetes patients

目的探讨糖尿病患者出院准备度现状,分析其影响因素。方法采用出院准备度量表、出院指导质量量表及社会支持量表对236例糖尿病患者进行调查。结果糖尿病患者的出院准备度总分为(180.41±19.39)分,条目均分(8.20±0.88);糖尿病患者的出院准备度与出院指导质量及社会支持呈正相关(均P<0.01);不同年龄、文化程度、婚姻状况、居住方式、医疗费用支付方式、住院次数的患者出院准备度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。多元回归分析显示,文化程度、居住方式、出院指导技巧、主观支持是影响糖尿病患者出院准备度的主要因素,共解释总变异的31.6%。结论糖尿病患者的出院准备度较好,其出院准备度受多因素影响。医护人员应重视糖尿病患者的出院准备度的评估,并给予针对性的干预措施,以提高患者的出院准备度。

Objective To investigate the status of readiness for hospital discharge among diabetes patients,and to analyze its influencing factors.Methods A total of 236 diabetes patients were investigated using the Readiness for Hospital Discharge Scale（RHDS）,Quality of Discharge Teaching Scale（QDTS）and the Social Support Rating Scale（SSRS）.Results The total score of RHDS among diabetes patients was（180.41±19.39）,and its mean item score was（8.20±0.88）.Patients′readiness for hospital discharge was positively correlated with their quality of discharge teaching and social support（P0.01 for both）.There were significant differences of readiness for hospital discharge among the patients with different age,educational background,marital status,living style,payment of medical expenses and times of hospitalization（P0.05,P0.01）.Multiple regression analysis showed that,educational background,living style,discharge teaching skills and subjective support were the major factors influencing diabetes patients′readiness for hospital discharge,which accounted for 31.6% of the total variance.Conclusion Diabetes patients′readiness for hospital discharge is good,and it is influenced by many factors.Medical staff should pay attention to the assessment of readiness for hospital discharge for diabetes patients,and provide targeted interventions to improve their readiness for hospital discharge.
