摘要
目的比较不同脱矿时间的梯度脱矿自体牙在牙槽骨增量手术中的效果。方法 16只新西兰家兔随机分为A^D 4组,拔除上颌前牙,经不同时间的盐酸梯度脱矿预处理后,用钛钉固定于兔下颌切牙远中无牙区域的牙槽骨上行骨增量手术,3个月后处死取材,行X线和HE染色组织学检查。结果术后3个月可见,未脱矿牙片(D组)与骨组织间仍存在清晰分界;长时间脱矿组(A组)移植材料早期吸收,未能实现骨增量效果;短时间脱矿组(B组、C组)牙片与骨发生整合,且随着脱矿时间增加,骨改建完成速度增加。结论经梯度脱矿处理的自体牙可用于骨增量手术,在一定范围内,随着脱矿时间增加,骨整合速率增加。
Objective To compare the efficacy of the gradient demineralized teeth with different conditioning times to be used as autograft in alveolar augmentation. Methods 12 New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into 4 groups(A to D), the maxillary incisors were fixed on the incisor distal of mandible by titanium nail after acid treatment with different conditioning time, mandible samples were taken for X-ray examination and hematoxylin-eosin staining at 3 months after surgery. Results 3 months after the operation, the boundary between bone and autografts were distinct in undecalcified teeth group( group D), the autografts were absorbed in the early stage in the group with long-term decalcifying time(group A), the autografts were replaced by new bone in the group with short-term decalcifying time( group B and C),and the speed of bone remodeling significantly increased with decalcifying time. Conclusion Grandient demineralized autogenous tooth can be used for alveolar augmentation, to some extent, the speed of bone remodeling significantly increased with decalcifying time.
