耳穴埋豆对冠心病失眠病人睡眠质量的影响

Influence of auditive acupoint bean-embedding on the sleep quality in patients with coronary heart disease and insomnia disorders

[目的]探讨耳穴埋豆对冠心病失眠病人睡眠质量的影响。[方法]将76例冠心病失眠病人随机分为对照组和观察组各38例。对照组在冠心病常规治疗及护理的基础上每晚睡前给予艾司唑仑1mg口服,观察组在冠心病常规治疗及护理的基础上使用耳穴埋豆的方法进行干预。治疗前及治疗4个疗程后均采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)和阿森斯失眠量表(AIS)进行评价。[结果]两组病人治疗后PSQI各维度得分均下降,观察组病人治疗后睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍、日间功能障碍维度得分低于对照组(P<0.05);两组病人治疗后AIS各维度得分均下降,观察组病人治疗后入睡时间、夜间苏醒、总睡眠质量、白天身体功能维度得分和总分低于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]耳穴埋豆疗法有助于改善冠心病失眠病人的睡眠质量。

Objective：To study the effect of auditive acupoint bean-embedding on the sleep quality in patients with coronary heart disease（CHD）and insomnia disorders.Methods：Seventy-six patients with CHD and insomnia disorders were randomly divided into control group（n=38）and intervention group（n=38）.The patients in control group were given oral administration of estazolam 1 mg per night on the basis of conventional treatment and nursing of CHD.The patients in intervention group were treated with auditive acupoint bean-embedding on the basis of routine treatment and nursing of CHD.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale（PSQI）and the Athens Insomnia Scale（AIS）were used for evaluation before and after treatment.Results：The scores of PSQI in two groups decreased after treatment.The scores of sleep quality,sleep time,sleep efficiency,sleep disturbance and daytime dysfunction after treatment in intervention group were lower than those in control group（P 0.05）.The scores of AIS scores decreased after treatment in two groups.The sleep time,awake time later than expected time,and the score and total score of total sleep quality,daytime physical function dimension in intervention group after treatment were lower than those in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：The auditive acupoint bean-embedding therapy can improve the sleep quality in patients with CHD.
