阐述依从性与自我效能的相关概念,综述自我效能对高血压用药依从性影响的研究进展。指出影响用药依从性的因素很多,提高高血压病人的用药依从性,不仅应从外部因素入手,还应该充分调动病人的主观能动性,激发其自我效能。

The relevant concepts of compliance and self-efficacy were elaborated,and the research progress on the influence of self-efficacy on the medication compliance in patients with hypertension was reviewed.There are many factors that affect the medication compliance in patients with hypertension.It is necessary not only to start with external factors,but also to fully mobilize the subjective initiative and stimulate self-efficacy in patients with hypertension.After understanding the effects of self-efficacy on medication compliance,more research should be devoted to exploring how to build a bridge between self-efficacy and medication compliance in patients with hypertension.
