摘要
探究了新时代环境下"科学—技术"的关联性,重新审视建立在"科学—技术"关联性原理之上的情报分析活动。论述了科学与技术相互依赖、相互转化、相互渗透的内在联系,介绍了哲学、科技史、经济学与文献计量学领域的科学与技术关联性研究情况。分析了情报学领域研究"科学—技术"关联性方法的问题与不足,以及"科学—技术"关联性原理在技术预测/预见、成果转化、科技评价等情报分析中的应用,发现"科学—技术"关联性为情报分析提供了一个重要的理论研究方向。
This paper researched the "Science-Technology" linkage under the new era background, and reexamined the information analysis activities based on "Science-Technology" linkage theory. The author expounded the inner connection of science and technology, which is shown as interdependence, mutual transformation, and interpenetration; described "Science-Technology" linkage related studies in the fields of philosophy,history of science and technology, economics, and bibliometrics; analyzed the problems and insufficiency existed in studying "Science-Technology" linkage in information science, and the application of "Science-Technology" linkage theory in technology forecasting, achievements transformation and scientific evaluation and other information analyses. It was found that "Science-Technology" linkage had provided an important theoretical research directionfor information analysis.
