摘要
为了研究聚合物浓度和降解时间对原油乳状液破乳的影响,采用石油沥青质四组分测定法,将原油分离成四组分(胶质、饱和分、芳香分、沥青质),并用破乳剂BSA108测定原油及其各组分与煤油混合为油相以去离子水为水相配置的模拟乳状液的破乳性能,研究不同浓度和不同降解时间的聚丙烯酰胺对原油及其各组分配置的乳状液破乳的影响。实验表明原油及胶质、油分、沥青质分别配置模拟乳状液的稳定性大小为:沥青质>原油>胶质>油分,其中沥青质对破乳的影响远远大于其他三组分;随一定分子量的聚丙烯酰胺降解时间的增长以及浓度的升高,破乳难度逐渐降低,但整体上随着聚合物的加入乳状液的破乳难度显著增加。
In order to study the effect of polymer concentration and degradation time on the demulsification of crude oil emulsion,the crude oil is separated into four components(colloid,saturated fraction,aromatic fraction and asphaltene)by crude oil four component method.The demulsification properties of the emulsions of the simulated emulsions with different concentrations and degradation times of the polyacrylamide are studied by mixing the components with the kerosene as the oil phase with deionized water as the aqueous phase.The emulsions of the emulsions arrange in the crude oil and its components Impact.The results show that the stability of simulated emulsions of crude oil and colloid,oil and asphaltene is as follows:asphaltenecrude oil glial oil and the asphaltene effect is far greater than the other three components.With a certain molecular weight of the polyacrylamide degradation time reduced and the concentration of the increased,the difficulty of demulsification is gradually reduced,but in general with the addition of polymer,the emulsion demulsification difficulty increases significantly.
