摘要
采用X衍射、灰成分分析等方法得到煤样的物质组成,煤泥中高岭石、伊利石等脉石含量较高;通过分析浮选流程中的样品,得出煤中矿物质的组成在分选过程中影响精煤灰分和产率。通过改变分选流程得到精煤灰分为11.57%,分选流程的改善减少了矿物质对精煤的污染,提高了浮选精煤的综合利用价值。
This article uses methods of X diffraction and ash composition analysis to analyze coal composition.Kaolinite and illite gangue have higher content in coal slime.Through the analysis of the samples in the flotation process,the mineral composition in the coal affects the ash and yield of the refined coal in the separation process.By changing the separation process we can get the concentration with11.57%ash content.The improvement of separation process reduces the pollution of minerals to the coal and improves the comprehensive utilization value of flotation concentration.
