海底悬空管道受坠物撞击凹陷损伤研究 被引量:8

摘要 基于非线性有限元分析软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA建立海底悬空管道受坠物撞击的三维模型,考虑接触、摩擦和管土耦合作用,模拟海底悬空管道受坠物撞击的动态响应过程。通过大量的数值模拟,对比分析撞击能量、撞击角度以及坠物与管道间的摩擦对海底悬空管道受撞击部位凹陷损伤的影响。结果表明:管道受撞击部位的凹陷损伤随撞击能量的增大而变大;坠物撞击角度越大,管道受撞击部位的凹陷损伤越大;坠物与管道之间的摩擦使管道受撞击部位凹陷损伤略微增大,但影响很小。 Based on ANSYS/LS-DYNA,the nonlinear finite element analysis software,the 3 D model of submarine suspended pipeline impacted by dropped objects is established.The dynamic response of the submarine suspended pipeline impacted by dropped objects is simulated in consideration of contact,friction and interaction between the pipeline and soil.Through plenty of numerical simulations,the influence on dent damage of the impacted part on the submarine suspended pipeline is compared with impact energy,impact angles and friction between the object and pipeline.The results indicate that with the impact energy increases,dent damage of the impacted part on pipeline intensifies.Dent damage on the impacted part becomes deeper with the increased impact angle,and the deepest dent appears as the impact angle reaches90°.The influence of impact angles becomes more obvious with the impact energy increases.Compared the dent damage taking account of the friction with taking no account of the friction,the friction between the object and pipeline has a slight influence making a deeper dent damage,and the influence of the friction becomes a little more obvious when the impact angle is small.
