摘要 使用有限元分析软件对某机车用6缸直列式柴油机机体进行静强度分析;使用Creo对柴油机机体模型进行适度简化,再使用Ansys Workbench建立机体的有限元模型,并根据机体实际工作中的受力情况对机体施加约束和载荷;分别对机体进行预紧工况和爆发工况下的强度分析,根据形变与应力云图,找到最大应力所处位置。结果表明:两种工况下机体各部位的最大应力值满足材料的强度要求,形变及应力的最大值出现在气缸盖的螺栓连接处附近。 In this paper,the main object of the study was a six-cylinder straight-line diesel engine,and the static strength of diesel engine block was analyzed using finite element analysis software. First,the diesel engine block model was simplified using Creo,the finite element model was established using Ansys Workbench,and imposed constraints and loads on the diesesl engine block according to the stress conditions in the actual work of it. The static strength analysis of the precondition condition and the combustion condition were analyzed respectively,according to the deformation and stress cloud,found the maximum stress position,conducted the strength check. According to the simulation results,the maximum of deformation and stress of each part of the block can meet the requirement of the material in two kinds of working conditions,the maximum of deformation and stress occur near the bolts of the cylinder cover.
