摘要
针对某欧Ⅵ柴油机活塞高温拉缸试验过程中出现的拉缸问题,检查活塞拉缸的部位以及未拉缸活塞的裙部磨损情况,分析确定活塞裙部型线设计不合理是导致拉缸的主要原因;设计活塞裙部型线椭圆的多种方案,应用活塞组件动力学分析软件进行对比优化,以最大侧向力和摩擦损耗为主要评价指标,提出相应的优化思路,得出该活塞裙部最佳型面结构,解决了高温拉缸试验中的拉缸问题;研究型线结构对活塞与缸套接触以及对活塞二阶运动的影响规律,为活塞外圆型线椭圆设计提供了理论和工程基础。
Based on the problem appeared in the process of high temperature scuffing test of a certain Euro VI diesel engine,the scuffing area and wearing condition were examined,We confirmed that the scuffing is caused by unreasonable piston skirt profile and ovality through analyzation. Therefore,a variety of piston profile cases were designed,and compared and optimized using dynamics analysis software,The maximum lateral force and mean wear was chosen as main evaluating standards,corresponding solution was put forward,to determine the optimum piston skirt profile structure,solved the scuffing problem. This paper also studied the discipline affected piston second order movement and contact between piston skirt and cylinder liner,Some extent theoretical and engineering references for piston elliptical outer line designing are provided.
