摘要
文章以清远站在日常工作中利用天气雷达、大风放球器等辅助设备,有效降低强对流天气对探空工作的影响为例,得出利用天气雷达回波强度图和回波的移动速度、移动方向,结合测站的地面风向、风速,对正点观测时的天气进行预判,估算气球上升所需净举力的大小和气球施放时机的选择,能有效降低强对流天气带来的不利影响,提高高空气象探测质量。
By taking an example of using weather radar,gale releasing balloon device and other auxiliary equipment in the daily operation of Qingyuan station,the influence of strong convective weather on the sounding work is effectively reduced.Then,the echo intensity map of weather radar and the echo moving speed and the moving direction are obtained.Combined with the wind direction and speed on the station,the weather at the observation point is predicted.The net lifting force required for the balloon's ascent and the timing of the balloon's release are estimated,which can effectively reduce the adverse effects of strong convection weather and improve the quality of high-altitude meteorological detection.
