高职院校学生人文素养培养策略研究

A Study on the Humanity Accomplishment Cultivation Strategy of Vocational College Students

高职院校在培养学生的过程中普遍存在重专业、轻综合素质的问题,特别是高职学生自己也认为只要把专业学好了其他都不重要,但是现代企业要求学生不但懂专业,而且还要有较高的人文素养。通过对高职院校学生人文素养现状分析,指出提高高职院校学生人文素养的紧迫性并提出解决问题的策略。

The vocational colleges have the problem of more attention to professional units teaching and less attention to overall individual quality cultivation, and higher vocational college students regard professional units study as the key. To be qualified for modern enterprises, both professional knowledge and high humanity accomplishment are necessary to vocational college students that it is emergent to improve humanity accomplishment of the vocational college students by analyzing the current situation and the strategy to this problem accordingly.
