摘要
BOP桥机是海洋自升式钻井平台重要的井口自动化装备。在控制方式一定情况下,主梁的静态刚性和动态刚性对移运设备的定位精度有较大的影响,在定位精度和控制方式一定时,主梁的静态刚性和动态刚性必须满足国际和国家标准要求。解读ISO22986-2007和GB/T3811-2008标准,探讨定位精度与主梁刚性、控制方式的关系。以国外某型号设备为算例,采用有限元法计算主梁静态刚性和动态刚性,校核算例的静态动态刚性。建议主梁设计时计算并校核其静态动态刚性,设计和校核依据遵循ISO22986-2007和GB/T3811-2008标准。
BOP crane is an important wellhead automatic equipment for jack-up offshore drilling platform. On the condition thai control mode is certain, static stiffness and dynamic stiffness of main Beam effects the positional accm'acy of transit equipment. On the condition thai positional accuracy and control mode are certain, stalic stiffness and dynamic stiffness of main Beam should meet the internalional requirements and national standards. By interpreting ISO22986-2007 and GB/T3811-2008, this paper discussed the relalionship Belween posilional accuracy & stiffness of main Beam and control mode. Taking a foreign equipment as an example, the static stiffness and dynamic rigidity of the main girder are calculated By the finite element method, and the static dynamic rigidity of the example is checked. Conclusions can Be drawn that calculation and check of static and dynamic stiffness of main Beam should Be in accordance with I5022986-2007 and GB/T3811-2008.
