摘要
对螺杆的运动规律进行分析,提出进行优化的方案。机器运行时,只进行转子的相互啮合而无气缸的往复运动,从而降低机器运行时的噪声,提高整个机子的使用寿命,减少密封圈之间的磨损。同时,对机器进行热、动力分析,确定其基本参数、性能参数等数值。
The motion law of screw is analyzed, and the optimization plan is put forward. When the machine runs, only the rotor is meshed with each other without the reciprocating motion of the cylinder, thus reducing the noise of the machine running, improving the service life of the whole machine and reducing the wear between the seal rings. At the same time, the thermal and dynamic analysis of the machine is made, and its basic parameters and peffomlanee parameters are determined.
