444超纯铁素体不锈钢A-TIG焊接头腐蚀性能的研究 被引量:2

摘要 选用Cr_2O_3、B_2O_3、TiO_2、SiO_2四种常见氧化物活性剂对444超纯铁素体不锈钢进行单组分活性TIG焊,对焊缝进行了电化学腐蚀测试及浸泡腐蚀试验。结果表明,涂覆SiO_2的接头自腐蚀电位高,自腐蚀电流密度低,耐腐蚀性能更好。 Abstract: The single-component active TIG welding of 444 uhra-pure fen'itic stainless steel was performed using four comnlon oxides of Cr203, B2O3, TiO2, and SiO2. Electrowelding corrosion tests and soaking tests were performed on the welds. The results show thai the SiO2 coaled joints have high corrosion potential, low self-corrosion current densily, and better eon'osion resistance.
