摘要
目前,国内外主要采用振动加工的方式来解决难加工材料的孔加工问题。本文设计了一种辊筒式振幅无级调节振动台,主要包括工作台、调幅套筒、无级调幅操纵装置、驱动机构等。介绍了该装置的振动及无级调幅原理,并改进调幅方法,提高振幅调整精度,满足不同工作环境对振幅的需求,使其更具通用性。
At present, vibration machining is mainly adopted at home and abroad to solve the problem of hole processing of diffieuh-to-nlaehine materials. This paper designed a roller- type stepless vibration table, which mainly includes a worktable, amplitude modulation sleeve, stepless amplitude control device, and drive. Institutions, etc. The principle of vibration and stepless amplitude modulation of the device is introduced, and the amplitude modulation method is improved so as to improve the amplitude adjustment precision and meet the demand of the amplitude in different working environment, and make it more versatile.
