摘要
压力容器是石油、化工等行业的重要装备。由于工艺需要,往往需要在压力容器上进行开孔处理。开孔会削减容器的强度,开孔处应力较为集中,不利于保证容器的安全性能和稳定性。在压力容器上非径向开孔时,利用常规方法分析有所局限。因此,可以通过有限元分析的方法,研究压力容器非径向接管的应力与补强。
Pressure vessel is an important equipment in oil and chemical industry. Due to the needs of the process, the opening of the pressure vessel is often required. The opening of the hole will reduee the strength of the eontainer, and the stress at the opening is more eoneentrated, whieh is not eondueive to the safety and stability of the eontainer. In the non radial opening of the pressure vessel, it is limited by the conventional method. Therefore, the stress and reinforcement of the non radial nozzle of pressure vessel are studied by the method of finite element analysis.
