基于CCD的药柱尺寸测量装置的设计与实现

摘要 在弹药制造的生产过程中,药柱的外形尺寸直接关系弹药的性能与安全。针对以往手工测量药型尺寸误差大的情况,设计了一套基于CCD技术的药柱尺寸像测量装置。详细介绍了该系统的测量原理和图像数据的采集与二值化处理过程。试验结果表明,该装置的测量精度和检测效率较人工测量得到极大提高,达到了设计目的。 In the production process of ammunition, the size and shape of the cartridge is directly related to the performance and safety of the atnnmnition. Aiming at the large size error of manual measurenmnt, a set of measuring device for grain size is designed based on CCD technology. The measuring principle and data acquisition and two valued processing of the system are introduced in detail. The test results show that the accuracy and efficiency of the device are greally improved compared with manual measurement, and the design goal is achieved.
