摘要
在分析低散射金属支架截面方程后,建立了金属支架在Solid Works中的三维模型,通过模型的线性静态分析计算及"设计洞察"图解显示结果,对模型中不能有效承担载荷区域进行初步材料移除,最后利用"设计算例"对模型主要尺寸作进一步的优化,并对优化后的数据进行分析。
In this paper, aflter analyzing the cross section equation of the low scattering metal bracket, a three-dimensional model of metal support in SolidWorks is established. Through the linear static analysis and the "design insight" diagram of the model, the initial material is removed in the model which can not effectively bear the load area. Finally, the "design example" is used. The main dimensions of the model are further optimized, and the optimized dala are analyzed.
