摘要
在粮食储备行业,盛装食用油的容器内部需要抛光,否则时间一长,黏附的食用油就容易发霉。但压力容器封头母线是椭圆线,不同容器尺寸不一样,这就需要模拟尺寸不同的椭圆线轨迹进行抛光。人们把这种复杂的轨迹用两个相互垂直的运动复合而成,也就是用近似的几条线段来代替复杂的椭圆线,其间会产生误差。但是,人们可以用汽缸这种模糊运动来弥补,从而完成对封头的抛光。
In the grain reserve industry, the interior of containers containing edible oils needs to be polished. Otherwise, the sticky edible oils will be easy to mold. However, the busbars of the pressure vessel header are elliptical lines, and the dimensions of different vessels are diffel^ent. This requires simulation of elliptical trajectories with different dimensions for polishing. People combine this complex trajeetotT with two mutually perpendicular movements, that is, replacing several complex elliptical lines with similar ones, which will cause errors. However, People can use the fuzzy motion of the cylinder to make up for the polishing of the head.
