摘要
双螺杆压缩机作为一种应用范围较广的机械,其关键部件即为一对相互mesh的螺杆转子。mesh线即为阴阳转子mesh状态下的基础轨迹,它和转子型线具有内在的联动性,会影响压缩机的基本能力。现阶段,对转子型线的设计大多采用正向设计方法。为简化计算,将以双螺杆压缩机转子反向设计及动力学仿真研究作为切入点,在此基础上予以深入的探究。
As a widely applied machine, twin screw compressor is a pair of mesh screw rotor. The mesh line is the basle traek of the yin-yang rotor mesh state. It has internal linkage with the rotor profile, and will affect the basic eapabilily of the eompressor. At this stage, the forward design method is usually adopted in rotor profile design. In order to simplify the calculation, the reverse design and dynamic simulation of twin serew eompressor rotor will be taken as the breakthrough point, and further research will be ean'ied out on this basis.
