摘要
针对波形钢腹板箱梁构件中曲线焊缝的特点,探讨该类曲线焊缝的自动焊接方案及相应工艺要点,旨在探究适合生产实践的曲线焊缝焊接设备和工艺,为波形钢腹板组合箱梁的自动化加工提供技术铺垫。
In recent years, the composite box girder bridge with corrugated rigid web has been popularized rapidly with its unique structural advantages. However, such structures need lots of curvilinear welds in factory prefabrication. Manual welding is not only inefficient, but also has large fluctuation of welding quality. In view of the characteristics of the curve welds in the corrugated steel web box girder, the automatic welding scheme and the relevant technical points of this kind of curve weld are discussed. The purpose is to explore the welding equipment and technology suitable for the production practice, and provide the technical paving for the automatic processing of the composite box girder of corrugated steel web.
