摘要
设计了一种单边切换固定电阻的电动汽车绝缘检测方法,给出了系统的硬件和软件设计。试验证明,本设计绝缘检测系统能够检测比较宽范围阻值内的绝缘电阻,并且准确地报出故障等级,可有效监测车体与高压线路之间的绝缘故障,避免司乘人员受到伤害。
An insulation detection method of electric vehicle with unilateral switching and fixed resistance is designed, and the hardware and software design of the system is given. The test shows that the insulation detection system can detect the insulation resistance in the wide range and accurately report the fault level, and can effectively monitor the insulation fault between the car body and the high voltage line, and avoid the damage of the crew.
