摘要
莱斯菲尔热电厂的一条皮带机,由于设计原因,在运行大约一年后,出现了电机振动超标的问题。通过现场调查,对振动和温度进行测量,对驱动装置中的设备和结构元件一一进行检查和分析,最终找到问题根源,并制定出整改方案,最终将振动控制在规范之内,圆满解决此问题。
A belt conveyor at the Ricefield Thermal PowePlant, due to design considerations, has experienced excessivemotor vibration after about one year of operation. Through on-site investigations, vibration and temperature were measured, andequipment and structural elements in the drive unit were inspectedand analyzed one by one. Finally, the root of the problem wasfound, and a rectification plan was worked out. Ultimately, thevibration is controlled within the specifications and the problem issolved satisfactorily.
