摘要 设计出一种铝合金钢双材质轻量挂车,实现了轻量化设计与数字化金属焊接制造。该车突破了两种金属材料难焊接的问题,具有承载能力强、自重轻、耐腐蚀、耐磨、耐用等突出特点,实现从原材料下料、打孔、焊接、打磨等生产工序的全部自动化生产。 An aluminum alloy double material lightweight trailer is designed to achieve lightweight design and digital metal welding. The problem of hard welding of two kinds of metal materials has been broken through. It has the characteristics of strong bearing capacity, light weight, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, durable and so on, so as to realize all the automation in the production process of raw material, drilling, welding, grinding and so on.
