摘要
根据液体搅拌机的控制原理及控制要求,利用PLC和PLC模拟量模块对其进行控制系统设计。利用PLC特殊功能模块实现液位模拟量的输入,设计了液体搅拌机控制系统的硬件和软件部分。采用闭环控制系统,以液位的变化为被控变量,实现对液位的恒定控制,使得液体搅拌混合过程稳定。
According to the control principle and control requirements of the liquid mixer, the control system is designed by using PLC and PLC analog module. Using PLC special function module to realize liquid level analog input, the hardware and software part of the control system of liquid mixer is designed. The closed loop control system is adopted to control the liquid level with the change of liquid level as the controlled variable, making the liquid mixing process stable.
