卡维地洛治疗高血压合并糖尿病患者心律失常临床疗效与安全性分析

Clinical Efficacy and Safety of Carvedilol in the Treatment of Arrhythmia in Hypertensive Patients with Diabetes

目的观察卡维地洛治疗高血压合并糖尿病患者心律失常临床疗效与安全性。方法将106例高血压合并糖尿病患者作为研究对象(2015年7月—2017年7月期间收治),随机分为对照组和实验组,对照组予以常规治疗,实验组在对照组基础上予以卡维地洛治疗。结果实验组和对照组治疗后比较,其血压、心率更优,治疗总有效概率更高,两者相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者血脂、血糖指标和不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论卡维地洛治疗对改善糖尿病患者心律失常具有积极影响,可在今后临床中进一步推广实施。

Objective This paper tries to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of carvedilol in the treatment of arrhythmia in hypertensive patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods 106 subjects with hypertension and diabetes mellitus were included in the study（from July 2015 to July 2017）, and were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,and the control group was treated routinely. The experimental group was given cardivitalysis on the basis of the control group. Results Compared with the control group, the blood pressure and heart rate were better in the experimental group than the control group, and the total effective effective rate was higher. There was a significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）; after treatment, the blood lipids, blood glucose levels, and adverse reaction rates were compared between the two groups. The difference was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Carvedilol treatment has a positive impact on the improvement of arrhythmia in patients with diabetes, and can be further promoted in the future.
