不同血糖控制方案对脑出血术后应激性糖尿病患者预后的效果观察

摘要 目的分析探讨不同血糖控制方案对脑出血术后应激性糖尿病患者预后的效果。方法选取该院于2016年1月—2017年1月收治的80例脑出血术后应激性糖尿病患者,按随机数字表法分成两组,各40例;其中,对照组患者采取持续静脉泵注方法,观察组患者采取静脉单次推注方法,比较两组预后效果。结果在格拉斯哥预后评分方面,观察组为(6.8±0.3)分,明显要比对照组的(5.4±0.4)分高,两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在血糖监测次数上,观察组为(6.5±0.8)次,明显要比对照组的(7.9±1.4)次更少,两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论静脉单次推注方法对脑出血术后应激性糖尿病患者的预后与持续静脉泵注方法比较明显更优,能够降低血糖监测次数,改善预后效果;因此,值得在临床血糖控制工作中采纳及使用。
