头孢曲松联合阿奇霉素治疗老年糖尿病合并肺炎效果研究

Effect of Ceftriaxone and Azithromycin on Elderly Diabetic Patients with Pneumonia

目的探讨头孢曲松联合阿奇霉素治疗老年糖尿病合并肺炎的效果。方法选取该院2016年1月—2017年11月收治的老年糖尿病合并肺炎患者178例,随机分为两组各89例,对照组给予头孢曲松治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予阿奇霉素治疗,比较效果。结果观察组总有效率为94.4%,明显优于对照组83.1%(P<0.05);观察组症状消失时间、空腹血糖、住院时间明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对老年糖尿病合并肺炎患者采用头孢曲松联合阿奇霉素治疗,能有效提高治疗效果,缓解临床症状,促进患者康复,值得应用。

Objective This paper tries to investigate the efficacy of ceftriaxone combined with azithromycin in the treatment of diabetes mellitus complicated with pneumonia. Methods 178 elderly patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with pneumonia admitted to this hospital from January 2016 to November 2017 were randomly divided into two groups of 89 patients in each group. The control group received ceftriaxone treatment. The observation group received azithromycin treatment on the basis of the control group. The curative effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate was 94.4% in the observation group, which was significantly better than that in the control group（83.1%）（P〈0.05）. The time of disappearance of symptoms, fasting blood glucose, and hospital stay were significantly less in the observation group than in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The use of ceftriaxone combined with azithromycin in elderly patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with pneumonia can effectively improve the therapeutic effect, relieve clinical symptoms, and promote the recovery of patients. It is worth applying.
