护患沟通在老年糖尿病护理过程中的作用

Role of Nurse-patient Communication in the Process of Elderly Diabetes Care

目的对老年糖尿病患者开展护患沟通的作用进行探析。方法以2017年1—12月该院接治的85例老年糖尿病将患者作为观察对象,均给予积极治疗和护理,同时实施全面护患沟通,对比护理前后患者治疗依从性,并用简化生活质量量表(SF-36)评测患者生活质量。结果护患沟通实施前,该组患者治疗依从性良好率为70.6%,实施后为96.5%,相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);通过评测,实施后SF-36各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在老年糖尿病患者治疗中,开展积极护患沟通,有助于提高患者治疗依从性,且可改善患者生活质量,临床意义重大。

Objective This paper tries to analyze the role of nurse-patient communication in elderly patients with diabetes.Methods From January to December 2017, 85 patients with diabetes mellitus treated in this hospital were selected as the object of observation. All patients were given active treatment and care. At the same time, they conducted comprehensive communication between nurses and patients, compared patient compliance before and after treatment, and the simplified life quality scale（SF-36） was used to measure the quality of life of patients. Results Prior to the implementation of communication between nurses and patients, the rate of good adherence to treatment was 70.6% in this group and 96.5% after implementation, which the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. After evaluation, the SF-36 scores were higher than those after implementation than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of elderly patients with diabetes,active communication between nurses and patients can help improve patient compliance and improve the quality of life of patients.
