探讨心理护理联合运动治疗对妊娠糖尿病孕妇妊娠结局的影响

Study on Effect of Mental Nursing Combined with Kinesitherapy on the Gestational Outcome of Delivery Women with Gestational Diabetes

目的研究分析妊娠糖尿病孕妇接受心理护理联合运动治疗的临床效果,对孕妇妊娠结局受到的影响进行研究分析。方法选取2015年12月—2016年12月该院接收的130例妊娠糖尿病孕妇是此次研究对象,将她们分成传统组和联合组,均有65例,对两组的妊娠结局进行统计分析。结果传统组患者及联合组患者的空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组有1例妊高症、1例宫内窘迫、1例羊水异常。传统组有3例妊高症,2例羊水异常,3例新生儿窒息。差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.188,P=0.041)。结论心理护理和运动护理对于妊娠糖尿病孕妇的护理效果比较好,可以改善妊娠结局。

Objective To research and analyze the clinical effect of mental nursing combined with kinesitherapy on the gestational outcome of delivery women with gestational diabetes. Methods 130 cases of delivery women with gestational diabetes admitted and treated in our hospital from December 2015 to December 2016 were selected and divided into two groups with 65 cases in each, the gestational outcomes were statistically analyzed. Results The differences in the fasting blood glucose and postprandial 2 h blood glucose between the two groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）,and in the combined group, there was 1 case with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome, 1 case with intrauterine distress and 1 case with amniotic fluid abnormality, in the traditional group, there were 3 cases with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome, 2 cases with amniotic fluid abnormality, and 3 cases with asphyxia neonatorum, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant（χ^2=4.188,P=0.041）. Conclusion The effect of mental nursing and kinesitherapy in the delivery women with gestational diabetes is better, which can improve the gestational outcomes.
