中西医结合疗法糖尿病周围神经病变的护理体会

Nursing Experience of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Therapy in the Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

目的研究分析糖尿病周围神经病变患者的临床护理方式,为临床护理提供参考依据。方法根据2015年3月—2016年10月该院接收的糖尿病周围神经病变患者来进行研究分析,将患者分成对照组和观察组,对照组使用西医护理,观察组使用中西结合护理,对两组的临床护理情况进行探讨分析。结果护理前两组的血糖结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后对比差异有统计学意义(t=5.234,4.251,P<0.05)。对照组的临床护理有效率是76.92%,观察组是92.98%。护理的有效率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病周围神经病变患者接受中西结合治疗能够获得非常好的效果。

Objective To research and analyze the clinical nursing method of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy in the diabetic peripheral neuropathy thus providing reference for the clinical nursing. Methods The patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy admitted and treated in our hospital from March 2015 to October 2016 were selected and divided into two groups, the control group used the western medicine nursing, while the observation group used the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing, and the nursing situation was compared between the two groups. Results Before nursing, the differences in the blood glucose results between the two groups were not statistically significant（P〉0.05）, after nursing, the difference was obvious（t=5.234,4.251,P〈0.05）, and the clinical nursing effective rate in the control group and in the observation group was respectively 76.92% and 92.98%, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of integrated traditional chinese and western medicine therapy in the diabetic peripheral neuropathy is very good.
