护理干预在糖尿病合并消化性溃疡治疗中的效果

Effect of Nursing Intervention in Treatment of Diabetes Combined with Digestive Ulcer

目的探讨护理干预在糖尿病合并消化性溃疡中的效果。方法选取该院2016年11月—2017年11月收治的糖尿病合并消化性溃疡患者112例,随机分为2组各56例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上给予护理干预。结果观察组总有效率为94.6%,护理满意度为96.4%,明显优于对照组83.9%、85.7%(P<0.05);观察组空腹血糖(5.4±0.3)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖(7.9±0.7)mmol/L、溃疡愈合时间(27.4±3.7)d,明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病合并消化性溃疡患者实施护理干预,能够明显控制血糖,促进溃疡面愈合,提高治疗效果和护理满意度。

Objective To study the effect of nursing intervention in treatment of diabetes combined with digestive ulcer.Methods 112 cases of patients with digestive ulcer with diabetes in our department from November 2016 to November 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 56 cases in each, the control group used the routine nursing, while the observation group used the nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. Results The total effective rate and nursing satisfactory degree in the observation group were obviously better than those in the control group,（94.6%, 96.4% vs83.9%, 85.7%）,（P〈0.05）, and the fasting blood glucose and postprandial 2 h blood glucose and ulcer healing time in the observation group were respectively（5.4±0.3）mmol/L,（7.9±0.7）mmol/L and（27.4±3.7）d, which were obviously lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of nursing intervention in patients with diabetes combined with digestive ulcer can obviously control the blood glucose, promote the healing of ulcer surface and improve the treatment effect and nursing satisfactory degree.
