早期护理干预在妊娠期糖尿病孕妇护理中的应用研究

Research on Application of Early Nursing Intervention in Nursing of Delivery Women with Gestational Diabetes

目的研究早期护理干预在妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)孕妇护理中的效果。方法选该院2016年1月—2017年12月收治的100例妊娠期糖尿病患者,随机分为对照组(n=50)和观察组(n=50),对照组常规护理,观察组早期护理,比较干预效果。结果观察组护理干预一周后空腹血糖显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组妊高症、胎儿早产、胎膜早破等不良妊娠结局发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论早期护理干预在妊娠期糖尿病孕妇护理应用中效果显著,能有效降低孕妇的血糖,减少不良结局的发生,提高护理满意度。

Objective To research the effect of early nursing intervention in nursing of delivery women with gestational diabetes. Methods 100 cases of delivery women with gestational diabetes in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases from January 2016 to December 2017 in each, the control group used the routine nursing,while the observation group used the early nursing, and the intervention effect was compared between the two groups. Results After one week of nursing intervention, the fasting blood glucose in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）, and the incidence rate of adverse gestational outcomes such as pregnancy induced hypertension,premature fetal birth, premature rupture of membranes were obviously lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）, and the nursing satisfactory degree in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application effect of early nursing intervention in nursing of delivery women with gestational diabetes is obvious, which can effectively reduce the blood glucose of delivery women, reduce the occurrence of adverse outcomes and improve the nursing satisfactory degree.
