临沂市社区糖尿病患者对糖尿病知识认知状况调查及影响因素分析

Investigation of Cognitive Status of Patients with Community Diabetes in Linyi to Diabetes Knowledge and Analysis of Influencing Factors

目的调查临沂市社区糖尿病患者对糖尿病知识认知状况,并分析影响糖尿病患者认知的因素。方法随机2017年1—10月抽取临沂市4个社区的糖尿病患者483例,采用调查问卷调查其对糖尿病知识认知状况,并采用Logistic回归模型分析其认知状况的影响因素。结果糖尿病患者对糖尿病临床症状、口服降糖药种类与作用、并发症的认知度较高,分别为64.18%、63.36%、62.53%,对血糖测量方法、血糖监控频率、饮食管理、运动疗法、胰岛素药理及使用方法的认知度较高较低,分别为42.66%、41.20%、48.03%、49.28%、49.07%;经Logistic回归模型分析得知,年龄、婚姻状态、受教育程度、家庭收入、性格取向、病程是糖尿病患者糖尿病知识认知状况的影响因素。结论临沂市社区糖尿病患者对糖尿病知识的认知度整体偏低,应根据病人的影响因素进行健康教育,以达到控制糖尿病的效果。

Objective To investigate the cognitive status of patients with community diabetes in Linyi to diabetes knowledge and analysis of influencing factors. Methods 483 cases of patients with diabetes in four communities in Linyi from January to October 2017 were selected, and the cognitive status to the diabetes knowledge was surveyed by the questionnaires, and the influencing factors of cognitive status was analyzed by the Logistic regression model. Results The cognitive degree of diabetes patients to the clinical symptoms of diabetes, type and effect of oral antidiabetic drug, and complications were higher, respectively 64.18%, 63.36%, 62.53%, and the cognitive degrees to the blood glucose measurement method, blood glucose monitoring frequency, dieting management, motor therapy, insulin pharmacology and usage method were lower, respectively 42.66%, 41.20%, 48.03%, 49.28%, 49.07%, and the Logistic regression model analysis showed that the age, marriage, education degree, family income, personality orientation, and disease course were the influencing factors. Conclusion The cognitive degree of community diabetes patients to the diabetes knowledge is lower, and we should conduct the health education according to the influencing factors of diseases, to control the diabetes.
