摘要
失地农民是伴随着我国城镇化进程而产生的一个独特的弱势群体,其就业质量是当前我国社会发展中需要认真关注的重要课题。对苏州市失地农民的调查结果显示:以苏州市为代表的发达地区失地农民的就业质量总体状况较好,他们总体上的就业满意度较高;然而有多重因素影响了失地农民的就业质量,其中学历水平、工作时间、工作环境以及工资报酬与福利等是影响其就业质量的重要因素。应积极采取有效措施,如加强对失地农民的再就业培训力度;企业应该树立现代人力资源观,重视失地农民的人力资源价值;失地农民自身需要调整心态,树立现代劳动观等,以便进一步提升失地农民的就业质量。
Land-lost farmers are a unique vulnerable group that accompanies the process of urbanization in China.Their quality of employment is an important issue that needs serious concern in our country.The survey results in Suzhou show that the employment quality of landless farmers in developed areas represented by Suzhou City is generally better,and their overall job satisfaction is higher.However,there are multiple factors affecting their quality of employment,including the level of education,working hours,working environment,salary and welfare.Therefore some measures should be taken actively by government and related supporting organizations to strengthen their reemployment training,establish a modern view of human resources and pay attention to their value,and help them to adjust their attitudes with the modern labor views.
