摘要 以ZFY12000/25/42D两柱掩护式放顶煤液压支架研究为例,设计立柱主要仿真参数,并利用AMESim仿真软件,在假设的一种工况条件下,验证立柱工作性能的稳定性。仿真结果显示,在没有外力突变的情况下立柱动作稳定可靠,在出现顶板来压以及放煤卸载等外力突变时,立柱仿真结果均出现明显的波动,并最终稳定于一个定值处,仿真结果对于指导煤矿安全生产具有一定的应用价值。 Taking the ZFY12000/25/42D two-column shielded top coal hydraulic support as an example,the main simulation parameters of the column were designed,and the stability of the column during work was verified under the assumption of a certain working condition with AMESim simulation software. Simulation results show that the column movement is stable and reliable without sudden change of external force. When there is a sudden change in external force such as roof pressure and coal unloading,the column simulation results show significant fluctuations and eventually stabilize at a fixed value. The simulation practice is of application value for guiding the safe production in coal mines.
