摘要 为了使综采工作面坚硬顶板及时充分冒落,减小工作面顶板来压强度和来压步距,降低工作面大面积来压而造成支架被压的风险,防止大量积聚在大面积悬顶的采空区内的瓦斯突然涌进工作面而造成工作面瓦斯超限事故的发生。采用被筒式炸药的空筒灌装上炮泥进行封孔和不拆卸炮棍将炮棍90°弯曲全长使用的方法,减少了装药量和封孔时间,提高了工作效率,与传统的装药封泥方式相比,每孔可减少2 h左右的操作时间,劳动效率大大提高。 In order to make the hard roof caving timely in full-mechanized mining face,reduce the pressure and shorten the step of the roof pressure,reduce the risk of support being heavily pressed,and prevent accumulated gas in the large area of suspended roof from suddenly flooding into the working face and causing the gas overload accident.Sheathed explosive was used to fill the mud and seal the hole with stick not dismantled in full length. The method reduces the amount of charge and sealing time,and improves the work efficiency. Compared with the traditional method of filling mud,each hole can reduce the operating time by about 2 hours,and labor efficiency is greatly improved.
