规范地质调查事业单位备用金管理的若干措施

To standardize some measures for the management of petty cash for the geological survey

备用金管理在地质事业单位管理工作中具有重要的地位和作用,不仅能加强地质调查事业单位综合费用的合理支出,而且有利于提高地质调查野外项目的工作效率。本文通过分析地质调查事业单位备用金管理研究现状,结合其存在的问题以及影响因素,提出规范管理的若干措施。

The management of petty cash has important status and function in the management of geological institution.It can not only strengthen the reasonable expenditure of the comprehensive cost of the geological survey institutions,but also help to improve the efficiency of the field projects in the geological survey.In this paper,by analysis of the current situation of the research on the management of the petty cash in the geological survey institution,combined with its existing problems and the factors that have been affected,the authors put forward some measures to further standardize the work of unit financial management.
