Study on the unified classification index of natural resource types

自然资源统一分类指标体系的建立是开展自然资源确权调查、数据建库、产权登记的重要基础。本文从自然资源的生态属性、基于用途管制约束的可利用性以及生态保护必要性等方面进行了深入研究,建立了符合国家自然资源统一确权登记试点工作要求的分类指标,可推动我国自然资源产权制度、自然资源资产管理制度的不断完善。

The establishment of a unified index system for natural resources is an important basis for carrying out natural resources rights investigation,data building and property registration.The authors have made an in-depth study on the ecological properties of natural resources,the availability of use control constraints and the necessity of ecological protection,and established a classification index system which meets the requirements of the national natural resources unified confirmation registration pilot work,which can promote the natural resources property rights system and natural resource assets management in China.
