摘要
青海某金锑矿主要可回收利用元素为Au和Sb,金品位为3.50g/t、锑品位1.95%,有用金属矿物主要为辉锑矿和黄铁矿,金的嵌布粒度极细,主要包裹在黄铁矿中。对该矿进行浮选研究,结果表明:原矿磨至-0.074 mm占80.32%时,经一次金粗选,两次金扫选,金粗精矿再磨至-0.037 mm占95.45%时,经三次金精选的浮选闭路试验流程,可获得产率为4.01%,金品位为74.46g/t,锑品位为4.19%,金回收率为85.31%,锑回收率为8.62%的金精矿,产率为95.99%,锑品位为1.86%,金品位为0.54g/t,锑回收率为91.38%,金回收率为14.69%的浮金尾矿,较好地实现了从金锑矿中优先浮选金,浮金尾矿作为选锑原料进一步浮选锑的目的。
Qinghai gold-antimony ore is characterized by main recyclable elements Au and Sb,main recyclable mineral Stibnite and pyrite,fine disseminated grain-size of gold,and gold mainly wrapped in pyrite,and Au grade 3.50 g/t,Sb grade 1.95%.The experimental study on flotation of gold from the runof-mine was carried out.The results showed that,at the grinding fineness of-0.074 mm occupying80.32%,Au coarse concentrate re-grinding fineness of-0.037 mm occupying 95.45%,through one roughing-two scavenging-three cleaning closed-circuit flotation process,gold concentrate with yield of4.01%,Au grade of 74.46 g/t,Sb grade of 4.19%,Au recovery of 85.31%,Sb recovery of 8.62%;tailings with yield of 95.99%,Sb grade of 1.86%,Au grade of 0.54 g/t,Sb recovery of 91.38%,Au recovery of14.69% was obtained,Which realized pre-flotation of gold from the gold-antimony ore and material preparation for flotation ofantimonyfrom the remainder tailings.
