摘要
文章基于2001-2015年省级面板数据探讨城市房价上涨及区域性房价差异对异质性劳动力流动的影响。研究结果表明:从总体上看,房价具有"门槛"效应,城市房价的上涨促进了知识型、复合型人才的集聚而阻碍了低技能劳动力的流入,呈高技能偏向型特点;同时,房价上涨对劳动力流动的影响呈现区域性差异,东部地区房价具有"门槛"效应,但中部地区房价上涨引致了劳动力"极化"——即低技能劳动力与高技能人才聚集,劳动力质量向两端偏移。
Based on the provincial panel data from 2001 to 2015,the paper explores the impacts of rising urban house prices and regional house price differences on heterogeneous labor mobility. The empirical results show that: In general,the house prices have the "threshold"effect. The rise of urban house prices promotes the accumulation of knowledge-based and compound-type talents and hinders the inflow of low-skilled labor force; In the meantime,the impact of rising house prices on labor mobility presents regional differences. The house prices in the eastern region have a "threshold effect",but the rising housing prices in the central China lead to the"polarization"of labor force—namely,the pool of low-skilled labor and highly skilled talents and the shift in the quality of labor to both ends.
