摘要
文章基于TMT团队断层理论、社会资本理论和团队冲突理论,选择中国民营制造业上市公司为研究样本,根据其2012-2016年面板数据探讨了TMT社会资本断裂与企业创新能力之间的关系。研究结果表明:长期意义上TMT社会资本断裂会抑制企业创新能力;TMT社会资本断裂强度与企业创新能力呈一种倒"U"型的非线性关系,断裂强度在[0,0.482]时,与企业创新能力显著正相关,在[0.482,1]时,与企业创新能力显著负相关,这一结论是稳健的;CEO权力强度与企业创新能力负相关,但对TMT社会资本断裂与企业创新能力的调节作用不显著,还需进一步讨论。
Based on the top management team( TMT) faultline theory,the social capital theory and the team conflict theory,this paper takes China's private manufacturing listed corporations as the research samples,and discusses the relationship between TMT social capital break and corporate innovation capability according to their 2012-2016 panel data. The results show that:TMT social capital break will inhibit the corporate innovation capability in the long term; The relationship between the strength of TMT social capital break and corporate innovation capability presents a type of non-linear inverted "U"type. When the strength of break is at [0,0. 482],it is positively related to corporate innovation capability. When the strength of break is at[0. 482,1],it has a significant negative correlation with corporate innovation capability. This conclusion is robust; The strength of CEO power is negatively correlated with corporate innovation ability. However,the moderating effect of TMT social capital break on corporate innovation capability is not significant and needs further discussion.
