企业国际市场进入模式、制度距离与合法性危机之间的关系——基于媒体内容分析法 被引量:7

摘要 伴随着中国企业大量进入海外市场,在东道国开展经营活动遭遇的合法性危机也频频出现。文章基于112个中国企业在海外遭遇合法性危机事件的案例样本,运用媒体内容分析法测量企业国际化行为的合法性危机程度,研究进入模式、制度距离与合法性危机之间的关系。实证分析表明,进入模式对合法性危机有显著影响,且并购大于投资大于出口;东道国与中国的制度距离越大,企业遭遇合法性危机的程度越高;企业所有权性质对制度距离与合法性危机关系的调节作用不显著。文章扩展了中国企业国际市场进入模式后效果的研究,为中国企业进入海外市场的合法性管理提供参考和借鉴。 As more and more Chinese enterprises enter the overseas market,the legitimacy crises in the host countries occur frequently. Based on the samples of 112 legitimacy crises that Chinese enterprises encountered,this paper measures the degree of legitimacy crisis of international behaviors applying the media content analysis method,and studies the relationship between entry mode,institutional distance and legitimacy crisis. The empirical analysis shows that the entry model has a significant impact on the legitimacy crisis,and the legitimacy crisis degree of MA is greater than that of investment and export; The greater the institutional distance between the host countries and China,the higher the degree of legitimacy crisis; The moderating effect of corporate ownership on the relationship between institutional distance and legitimacy crisis is not obvious. This paper expands the research on the effect of Chinese enterprises entering the international market,and provides reference on the legitimacy management for Chinese enterprises to enter the overseas market.
