摘要
本文简单介绍超低能耗铝合金玻璃幕墙的开发情况,以及在开发过程中可能遇到的问题及解决方案。利用各种有限元计算手段,对幕墙的各个环节进行结构模拟。利用热工有限元模拟,对幕墙的点热桥、线热桥以及幕墙的传热系数进行严密控制,确保室内环境的节能与舒适。本文将装配式超低能耗铝合金玻璃幕墙的特点列举出来,让大家对铝合金玻璃幕墙在超低能耗建筑中的应用有一个充分的认识。
This paper introduces the developments of ultra low energy consumption and aluminum glazing curtain walls, as well as the practical solutions to problems in the developing process. Structures of curtain walls are calculated by the thermal finite element simulation. For energy efficiency and comfort of indoor environment, the point and the line thermal bridge, and the heat transfer coefficient of curtain walls are strictly controlled. The features of fabricated and ultra low energy consumption aluminum glazing curtain walls are presented in this paper which gives a full understanding of its application.
