低能耗建筑用塑料推拉窗的研究

摘要 推拉窗有着外形简洁、美观,使用中不占室内外空间、不影响室内窗帘、使用方便等优点深受广大用户喜爱。尤其在居住面积不大的房间,以及医院、学校、幼儿园和其它公共部位,推拉窗更受推崇。但由于传统推拉窗的结构和密封方式缺陷所致(简单的毛条密封),普通推拉窗存在气密性差,不节能等问题。从而使得越来越多的人们对推拉窗存有误解,认为推拉窗是低端产品,不适合做为节能窗使用。本文介绍了北京安居建研科技有限公司的推拉窗,简述了其研发历程、设计原则和技术指标,指出其在低能耗建筑中的使用前景。 With many advantages such as simple and aesthetic appearance, no interior and external space occupied, no effects on curtains indoor and easy to use, sliding windows become popular to most people, especially in inadequate housing, hospitals, schools, kindergartens and other public space. Due to the defects in the structure and sealing methods(simple hair seal), traditional sliding windows have several problems namely bad air tightness, high energy consumption etc, thus making more and more people regard sliding windows as low-end product that is not suitable for using as an energy-saving window. This paper introduces the sliding windows of Beijing Housing and Building Research Science and Technology Co., Ltd. It reviews the development process, design principles and technical indicators of the sliding windows and shows the good prospect of its use in low energy consumption buildings.
